Micro organisms are small microscopic creatures also called microbes. Most of us know how bad some microorganisms are that if they enter into human body, they can be dangerous and can cause death. While some microbes are good for us like lactobacillus. This is a bacteria which is found in curd and yogurts and we all know how beneficial curd is. Curd is good for digestion, improves stomach activity, helps in detoxifying the body etc. I prefer to include curd in my daily diet. Do you like curd/ yogurt in any form? Are you aware of many other good microbes also?
