What's for dinner? June 14

What's going on the dinner table tonight? I want to know! I had a pound of ground chicken that I needed to use so I decided to finally try out Alton Brown's Chicken Parmesan Meatballs. I will have them over spaghetti. . . one of the last boxes of Mario Batali pasta that I got for 49 cents on clearance several months ago after the 1st sexual harassment/assault stories came out. To go with it I am having romaine lettuce with the Julia's Caesar (get it?) dressing from the Small Victories cookbook. It isn't a fancy dinner but it is a bit of work for one person. Still, I think I deserve a good meal even if I am home alone. That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? Do tell!

Mike made some sort of quiche there.He found a recipe. .It is call Zucchini and feta quiche.Was okay. Meatball sounds great there.
