I am sorry if you are not familiar with this name as i Got this name from Google, which is of a thing which is very popular in India. Tragacanth Gum is popularly known in India as "Gond katira" and considered very good for our health and have immense benefits. Gond Katira is widely used in many Ayurvedic medines as well and actually its tasteless and is like water. Its best to put that in water overnight and next morning we can take the Gond katira out from water and add in a bowl along with some sugar or even honey and i like to add some milk and fresh cream as well. What about you All? Are You aware of Tragacanth Gum? Do you like it? Please Share. pic owned by lybrate.com
