Pets need our attention and they are very happy if we interact them and play with them. I like playing with them as it gives me the same happiness as they are getting from me while playing! Thanks!

I have 3 cats (2 kittens) and a dog. I do like to play with them and people generally do so with their pets just like what you have mentioned above. I believe it's because it's a two-way street. As you play with your pets, you both feel the love and companionship with each other. Dogs, for example, are so focused on just loving you no matter what happens and that's why we tend to be happier around them. It's a stress-reliever as well when you spend time with your pets. But we need to be careful because pets are still different from real family, and our companionship with them should not exceed to the point wherein one prioritizes pets over family. I can't say that I play that much with the brats anymore. The dogs mostly play with each other and the cats play with each other too. We adopted another kitten about Opal's age last November because the next youngest cat was nearly 5 when we got her (Opal.) Now Opal and Onyx play a lot together, but we will see some of the older cats sometimes play with them too. Onyx is only about 16 days older than Opal, so even though she's a normal size cat and Opal is a tiny one, they are good with each other. It had gotten to where Heidi, the previous youngest is sometimes seen running away from Opal and hissing. So, how many brats do I have? Well, there are 2 dogs, 10.5 and 5.5 years old. There's a hamster. And then there are 15 cats between 16 and almost a year. Onyx will be a year on the 24th and Opal on July 9th.
