WEIGHTreduced!

I usually step on a weighing scale every time I go for check-up to my cardiologist. Last 2016 when I was confined, I lost much weight and reached 48 kilograms. Little by little, I gained weight though the cardiologist told me that weight for my height and my heart ailment is just good for me; I refused because I feel weak. (I might be blown away if a very strong wind blows to my direction.)
From 48 to 50 to 51 to 52 then 54 and the last one was 56 kilograms last month. Though my cardiologist did not see me last month, I took my weight using the traditional weighing scale where you have to move the weight along that steel.
Inside the clinic of the doctor, there is a digital weighing scale so what I do is I take my weight in the digital scale and then in the traditional scale.
My weight decreased. I told my son I had a reduced weight of...0.01 kilogram, so that is 10 grams.
When we went home yesterday, my sister complained again that her shirts were getting bigger because she is losing weight. I looked at her with a sad face and remarked:” Me too, manang, I lost weight, so it is not just you who gets thinner, me too!”
I thought my sister will sympathize with me but… my son said, “Ma, your weight is 55.9 kilos. You lost weight of 10 grams only!”. I blushed. I said, I still lost weight. My sister did not talk anymore.
Oh yes! Sometimes I may be sarcastic.

a weight loss of 10 grams is not at all alarming. i have An incredible appetite and i intend to keep that appetite in action. i would not want to increase my weight to like 60 kgs.

@minx267 oh, maybe it is in your genes that is why maybe you weigh more than what is required of your height?

I also lost weight. From 132 pounds I am now just at 125 pounds. Maybe it's because I don't put sugar in my coffee anymore and avoid too much sweets.
But I don't like my weight to drop to 120 pounds. I am so thin at that weight and I don't like myself thin.

@ridingbet I am just 5"3.5 but I have long and thin extremities so I appear slim.

125 is roughly 56 kilograms and that is my weight now. if you are 5'4", and you weigh 125 lbs, i think that is good . you are neither fat nor thin.

@ridingbet true enough. But is it intentional for the two of you to lose weight?

hahaha. i was the one who was sarcastic, not my sister. but my sister is losing weight fast but i don't think she should worry because her weight now is appropriate for her height. it is not good to see a short but stout woman.

Good evening po. I wont mind being sarcastic, just as long as you get what it means and not pretend at all.

Your weight loss isn't bad and sounds reasonable. I'd rather be a bit on the thin side than too heavy. Doodles is struggling to lose weight. The vet wants him to lose 3 pounds, but this cat eats his entire meal as soon as it's served and begs for food all day. We give in.

@banksim no, i am not reducing my weight. i want my weight to be 56 kilograms. i cannot just have a very active lifestyle because i have an ailing heart.
i am not that stout, and i don't look stout at all. my weight is apt for my height
