We all need to drink enough water daily to help all of our organs do their jobs. Experts say that 8- 8 ounce glasses of water is the right amount. Our bodies are about 60% water and we don't want to become dehydrated. That can cause headaches and in extreme cases coma and death.
It does, however, depend on the individual. So, if you are thirsty drink, when you aren't anymore stop.

@celticeagle that's crazy!
I just went out and bought like 30 of those fruit flavored waters ( Kmart had them for 34 cents and if you spend 10$ you get 10$ back).... Just so I could stock up for extra drinks.
We are getting an above ground pool so I want to make sure my kids have plenty to drink... Water, teas, Gatorade, juice etc!

I rarely if ever drink water on its own it makes me feel quite sick. With a drop of lemon juice in it makes it more palatable for me.
