I had made a delicious tomato sauce for Andrés, but yesterday Claudia came and we ate part of it.
So I checked online for an easy meatball recipe and I´ll add some meatballs to the tomato sauce I made. I´ll serve it with pasta as Prem (Andrés´ son) want me to cook pasta. So be it.
Pasta is easy to cook as I have the tomato sauce ready. I do have to add the meatballs and cook them in the sauce, but that will have to wait. I just learned that Andrés is coming tomorrow.
Now I´ll take a nap and will be later will you. See you.

I hope you enjoy your nap.
I have seen a meatball (store bought) that looks intriguing. It is chorizo and pineapple. I want to buy it to see if I would like it. I am not so sure my family will like it.

@marguicha I bet it would be a little spicy and sweet because of the pineapple. It would be different for sure.
