A delicious melted cheese omelet.

I love omelets.
Now that I´m trying to eat less, an omelet instead of dinner helps me a lot. It doesn´t work every day and it depends on what I have had for lunch.
But today I had the cheese to ad and eggs are staple food for me.
Just a couple of eggs, diced cheese, salt and the pan. And that´s it!
Do you eat omelets often? What are your favorite ones?

Hello! I eat omelets during breakfast! I love those that are filled with melted cheese!!! ( I am a dairy lover, so as cheese and anything sweet that's why ) :")

We do eat omelets once in a while. I more often make a frittata.

I made frittatas when we were more people at home. But an omelet is fine for one person.

I make omelets out of every thing. That is a good way to use leftovers.

Wow, it looks delicious.I have omelets often. I add onion,tomato ,cilantro ,cheese, pepper and salt. I like to have it with bread. It is a great combination.
