Got a Food Poison Yesterday....

Hi friends,
How You all doing?Its been a long time to be in mylot.
Yesterday we got a get together with all friends after a long hectic schedule of job.
Also it was a rainy day so got a relief from the sun which came upto 40degrees in our industrial areas.
We had a good dinner and one of the side dishes was "Chilli Paneer".
And after having that..two of us..(me n my roommate) got heavy vomiting after reaching room. Due to continous vomiting we went to consult doc in the night itself.
I think the Paneer they had used was an expired one.
Today by noon only we are feeling somewhat normal.
Have you ever experienced such food poison?
And its really hard, especially when we are staying alone away from Home for Job.

Such sudden stomach disorders can be avoided by cooking ourselves adn have food on time.what you say?

Hi Cindy,
I had had the same experience around 5 years before when I was working in Bangalore.
Its good to know that you havent experienced that. Maily due to hotel foods.

Yeah defenitly.
We should be careful while having food outside.
People like me who are bachelors and working away from native have to depend on outside foods most of the times.

I hope that you are feeling better now. Personally I haven't experienced food poisoning, but it happened to my husband some years ago. We both bought food from the same place, but my husband was the only one who got sick.

@abhaijith Yes, I think that homemade food is safer. We stopped using that fast food place after the bad experience.
