            Hello everyone.
Did I spell 45 right?
Yes, I walked 45 minutes today this morning since it it already 8:42AM now.  I am trying to extend my 20-minutes walk everyday. It was nice, a little bit tiring but I have to push it.  And since Mr.Sun is up very early, I did get sweaty.  But overall it was a nice feeling.
How many minutes you walk or exercise?

                    I don't walk as I'm lazy to walk out of the house and in order for it to be a proper exercise it should be the right brisque walking. I do yoga though and the amount of time varies depending on the yoga plan on my phone.

                    Hi Rakski. Good morning. So happy for you! Next time you will be able to do it longer. Keep it up! I have walks with my husband at night when he has no work the next day. Just a couple of rounds in the neighborhood.

                    I envy you.  I only get to walk for about 15-20 minutes in some mornings when I'm not lazy, lol.  But I do light exercises at least 3x a week in the afternoon.

                            @rakski Walking is a good exercise, especially if there's a nice place you can walk around in the morning.  Enjoy it and stay well.

                    yes that is true. even at 5:45AM, the sun is already up and giving its hot rays.
i just walk inside the house. it is hotter here in my place than where you are now

                    About 25 minutes is a low intensity walk. About 17–20 in mid intensity and under 14 is higher intensity. Anything over 20–25 minutes is a bit slow if you are trying to lose weight.

                    In our country its spelled "Fourty" Five. Amazing haha
I dont walk actually, Like I do a gym 5 days a week for 2 hours, and I run about 8 Km, everyday. 
Beginning was tough, as I had severe pain for 2 weeks but after that Pain was gone, and I felt lighter and much active .

                    I don't walk much anymore, but yesterday I was able to use my stand alone bike to exercise.
