Good Monday morning. It is a warm day today. I was awake at 2AM; after that I cannot go back to sleep. I may be anxious.
When the dogs were barking in the kitchen I thought Sydney is coming. My sister went down ahead of me and let the dog in. Then my brother gave his breakfast to us. (He is flying up in the northernmost island with his officemates).
It is a smoothie of dragonfruit, avocado, and fresh milk. I wanted to take a sip but when I went to the comfort room to have my number 2, I noticed my motion was reddish, so I suspected it was due to the fruit I ate yesterday.
I will research on net if I can drink this smoothie, taking into consideration that I am taking Coumadin.
Do you take something in after you read the good and bad side effects on net, or you wait for the side effects to appear?

if there was no pain or discomfort, then maybe it was the dragonfruit.

i believe so yes. the color of the motion was similar to the color of the flesh of the fruit. i did not have any pain, discomfort,or loose motions. it was semi-formed but the color was red.

I'm sure that's dragonfruit causing the reddish thing. The first time I ate dragonfruit, I was alarmed, too. :)
But when it goes on for another day or two then that's another story.

Don't worry about it. It won't have any side effects, dear.

true. just like taking the medicine Rifampicin, this causes a change in the color of the pee and poop.

Good morning po, Ingrid. I usually take in anything as long as I think it will not harm me. Then the next thing I know I am in the bathroom.

It is possible to find out more about things both negative and positive. Before I try anything new I do my basic research. Some fruits or veggies can change the output color . One example is when I have spinach. Look for information on Coumadin , dragon fruit and avocado as to the digestive properties.

what i want to read in the net is if the nutritional values like Vitamin K, okay for the medicines i take for my heart. i don't mean the side effects of the fruit.
