Shopping with eBates, eBay gift card and yes another eBay order.

I have had a eBates account for a long time, but don't think I have ever actually used it. Which is a little rediculous since I shop online often, as you are well aware of if you follow any of my discussions. But I used it this morning! The rebate I am getting will not be a huge one, but hopefully over time it will add up. Since I haven't ever used the site before,I am not really sure how it works. We shall see.
One of the websites that I "use" has eBay "bucks" as one of their payout options. I have been doing relatively well with "earning" with them and just eanred another eBay gift card/bucks thing. So I decided that I would go ahead and use it. It's going to be a few more weeks before I get back to work, and since I usually have something playing while I am on myLot, one of the other websites or doing work orders for the freelance stuff I do-I figured I might as well order a couple more DVDs. (If you ask @moffittjc he will just say I have an addiction to buying DVDs)
So I went ahead and placed another order on eBay, I will detail that in my next discussion- since I try to keep the "shopping haul" posts titled under "Frugal Shopping" so that I can find them later if need be. But I think I did pretty good.

I've used ebates before but it's been years since I've gone through them to buy anything. I've used swagbucks to order through and get swagbucks back for as well.
I might have to look into ordering through ebates again, atleast towards the end of the year. Some of the stuff I know I can get through ebay so I could easily use ebates.

@thislittlepennyearns There was maybe once or twice when I didn't read the fine print and ended up shopping through them for things they wouldn't reimburse on. It was an order that had a few other things so I did get some money just not a lot.
I was just looking and comparing between ebay and amazon on a few things I want to get later this year. Ebay has a better selection of a couple of things and at cheaper prices so I'll go through them and ebates for sure.

@ScribbledAdNauseum I wish I would of remembered to use ebates when I bought my kindle. Lol.
Ah well. There's always next time. Now.Ive gotta find all the good ebook websites so I can load my Kindke when it gets here.

Viewpoints does amazon gift cards too. So does crowdtap. I need to do crowdtap more.

@thislittlepennyearns I had a monthly contract there for a few years. Eventually, though, I just couldn't review anything any longer. They only wanted reviews in specific categories and you only own so many fridges and blenders.

I love shopping online with reward stores. Ebates, Swagbucks, MyPoints. Where ever I can get the most bang for my buck is where I shop through.

@thislittlepennyearns Do you have the apps on your dashboard? I do, It seems that Ebates and Swagbucks always compete. They both pop up any time I am looking for a place to shop.

Well, its gotten pretty boring being home for so long after working all the time. Tomorrow I have to discuss coming back to work wth my manager. I won't be back for three weeks and we have to decide if I am going to "quit" and come back, or if I am just going to come straight back.
