Geoffrey the Giraffe who was the mascot of the Toys "R" us franchise in the U S before the stores closed down for good on Friday received some good news today.
The San Antonio Zoo wants to hire the mascot of the company to work as their goodwill ambassador for giraffe conservation at the zoo.
The San Antonio Zoo has started a GoFundMe,com site to raise money for the "Help The San Antonio Zoo Save Geoffrey" to raise money for the Giraffe Conservation Fund to raise awareness of the declining number of giraffes who were are rubbed out by poachers and habitat loss.
