@NJChicaa My wife turned me on to Red Mills products that they sell at a local health food store. We have purchased many other products they sell , She really loves the polenta a lot. I will try other products they sell and I am certain I will enjoy them.

@lookatdesktop I've bought their tapioca powder, almond flour, polenta, and cous pearl cous cous I think. Their company is owned by the employees I believe which is pretty cool.
