Grits are good for breakfast and some don't know that they are also known as Polenta. Bob's Red Mill grits can be found in many retail stores and health food stores. Grits are also known as Polenta. They are either yellow or white and they are derived from the hominy which is corn that is processed a special way.

@NJChicaa My wife turned me on to Red Mills products that they sell at a local health food store. We have purchased many other products they sell , She really loves the polenta a lot. I will try other products they sell and I am certain I will enjoy them.

@lookatdesktop I've bought their tapioca powder, almond flour, polenta, and cous pearl cous cous I think. Their company is owned by the employees I believe which is pretty cool.
