I cannot contain once again with my emotions to my only sister. My kid brother commented a Facebook post about obligating ALL teachers to have drug testing. I would approve of that. Then my sister said, “Actually, I had a drug test for my student driver’s license. The result was positive so I did not push through getting another test. I was so mad”. I asked her where was the drug testing center. She described the place. I told her, “Manang, you did not narrate that to me. Actually, I was that one who took the drug test for my student driver’s license, but the result was positive that was why I did not do another drug test in that center. I was already the head nurse that time last 2000”. She still insisted, “No, I took the drug test. When we had our first car, I took the test.” I asked her, “Torana?”. She said yes. I then replied. Manang, our car Torana was in 1982 yet. There was no drug testing for drivers that time. The drug testing was implemented in year 2000 only here in our city”. “You did not tell me about this. Who helped you get your student’s driver’s license when you were only taught supposedly by manong R (my brother from UK)?”, I asked again. She did not reply anymore, but she was still insistent that she had the drug test. I secretly opened this up to my son while I was preparing dog food and my son washing the dishes. My son said, “Relax,Ma, you know your sister so much”. I wonder what my experiences would my sister own up as hers? Maybe more?

I stopped immediately when my mom insisted about something. I remember once he said something and I replied, you remember wrong. My brother and my niece confirmed I was right and she was wrong. She looked at us and said "I am always right, you all remember wrong." What to say? There are people like this.

Maybe she can't remember clearly, dear friend.
