I've recently understood that job is something which takes much of your time from the day, it needs to be something worth it.
The previous organization I worked for was indeed one of a pathetic experience-negative environment, bullying(not big extent though), gossiping, commenting. I couldn't help get depressed at the end.
It made me so tired.
So, this time I chose my job. Everything I wanted and all I needed. The company values business, honesty, learning(practical as well as theoretical), and giving right positions at right time.
That's all I ever needed. I could learn and no one's there to misguide me as of my previous organization. I still have one day formality to be done, hope things go well for a long run.
What was your favorite company and why?

I worked for a company one time that was more like a family and nearly everyone was supportive. I was an idiot to quit that place...but hindsight is 20/20.

I am happy for you that you did it.
But take it slowly. Don't come with too many expectations.
Wish you all the best and for you to have a smooth transition into the job and get to know new friends.
good luck.
Only 18 .I don't work at a large company.
