In our lives we'll never know what will happen and if ever we can have the chance to do something or give our best then we have to grab it. We might never have the chance to do it again. In life, we never know when chances will be coming. I'm sure you'll agree with me on this.

@Paradon Well, maybe this is really were I am meant for my life. Probably because I didn't know how lucky I am back then. But still part of me wanted to experience what others experience. But I guess nothing beats peace and single life.

Absolutely. I live life to the fullest each day. I may have obligations but I see to it that I reserve something for myself.
Hubby and I always join our batchmates in high school and he, even grade school's gatherings aside from the two of us eating out once in a while.
Our daughter is now a doctor but I still work , because I enjoy working especially my funny officemates.

@SIMPLYD It's always good if we can find time for ourselves. Obligations will always be around. It's part of our lives. What is important is we grab every opportunity to be happy.

That's true that opportunities are not always there but for me before you grab it, make a smart decision. Not all opportunities have a successful ending, so we still need to self-assessed ourselves before taking it.
For me, to lessen your struggle in making decisions, I think we must know first our longterm plan.

@Shavkat, some i grab, some I don't and yes I have regrets, I should have grab it. But on second thought maybe it was not meant for me. That's the only consolation I can give myself because I know I can't do anything anymore.

@iniaku well I think I have lots of chances that I missed. Though I am not regretting it. I wish I did have the courage to take it. Sometimes they all come back in my mind. And I can't avoid questions what if I have taken that chance. Maybe things are better. So my advice now to everyone, take every chances.
