Hello, all ! A long day, and more walking. I had a chiropractor appointment this moring at 8:30 a.m. Took a Lyft to it, then walked to the bus stop where I usually catch my second bus on the way to work (only .07 miles). After I stopped at the Transit mall where I catch the last bus, and decided to walk from there to work, since I was early anyway. It didn't take as long as I thought it would, but I was still about two hours early for work. I thought of going elsewhere for a while, but doing so probably would have caused me to spend money, which I didn't have much of, so I decided against it. When I got to work, I sat out on a curb in the parking lot petting the pictured cat, when after a few minutes my boss' Mom came out asking why I was so early. I explained to her that I had been out early this morning, and she asked if I had my "knitting" (I don't knit, but she does) that I could do in the office while I waited 'til it was time to clock in. Bummer, I didn't have my cross stitch--if I had known the morning would wind up like that I would have brought it. I'll know better next time. Work went well, now I'm home. Took Angel for a walk, put out the garbage and fed Angel, now I need to feed myself and pay some bills. Hope all is well with you in your part of myLot land !
