Panic attack.

It's 12:42 in the afternoon at this moment and the sun is up.
I was having a heart spasm last night and it was painful I could not even breathe.
I got panic and decided to go to the Hospital.
But we call the boyfriend first at 3:23 am, he went here and was worried to see me crying and panic.
He let me practice in and out breathing.
I really thought I was having a heart attack.
Thank God, my younger Brother massage my back while the boyfriend is helping me breathe and took biogesic for a pain reliever.
I was relieved, the boyfriend accompanies me for a while until I fall asleep.
The next thing I know, he kisses me and said he will go home because he still has work in the morning.
This morning I still feel a heavy thing in my chest. The boyfriend promises me to have a check-up tomorrow.
How is everyone doing by the way?

It was not serious. It just a muscle contraction the Doctor said but I need to have another ultrasound.

The Doctor said that my heart is normal, it just so happen that there is a bump in my chest and what I feel earlier was a Muscle contraction. He can't tell if it's with the heart because they already check it. So they want us to have an ultrasound on my chest.

I agree with the others. Go get a checkup, you need it especially with your health condition. I hope everything will be ok.

After a further check, they let me go. There is nothing serious about heart and my labs.
Maybe I got panic. And they also want me to have an ultrasound for my chest.

Get an EKG as soon as possible. Heart spasms are not to be ignored.

I have had panic attacks when I was in my 20s after graduating college, I was afraid my heart would stop, I did not want to sleep for fear that I won't wake up, with all the tests and doctors, they could not find anything wrong with me and all tests showed I was healthier than a bull. Hope you are ok now.

It is good to have a checkup, so you will not worry again. Your boyfriend loves you so much for always being around when you need him.
