Sealed well done

The other day they came back and finally water proof the thing. I've asked the tenants several times hows their ceiling and so far there's no leaks.
I hope one day we could finally make another roof to keep the slob roof from cracking again.
Most of the times I go up to chill, except today because it's raining again.
The picture is the water proof they used, thanks to him though.

So far they told me there had not been any leak problems @amitkokiladitya but we will see in a couple of days.

@Letranknight2015 Personal supervision is important. Especially when they come with that instrument for indicating where the water is.

Hello @vandana7 I often asked them every once a week or every three days, so far it's going well. I hope within five years we would have a roof on the 2nd floor already.
