F1 Banning Grid Girls:What do you think?

We see them at the beginning of the race wearing clothes with sponsor names, walking around with boards of the driver's name on it and overall being beautiful . People are having a mixed reaction on this. Do you think it is anti-Women Or Empowering women?

The banning of such jobs on the grounds of being discriminating against women is actually discrimination against attractive woman who make a conscious choice to employ fleeting beauty as a means to earn a living.

I never find these kinds of women "attractive." But if there aren't other opportunities available to them (for educational level reasons or whatever), why not let them make a few buck strutting around? It's a part of our culture (for better or worse).
