I Sit And Dream

I sit and dream as I sip my coffee and stare at the blank screen of my laptop. I have lost myself in thought. My mind it wanders from here to there trying to get a grasp on what I am doing. I have lost my train of thought. I try to concentrate but it's no good, my mind won't work. It simply wants to rest. What do I do when I am like this, I simply turn to dreams. Dreams of what I want it to be. Dreams of happiness, dreams of dreams. And so I dream of things to come and my dreams lead me to do what I want done. I put down my coffee and with a smile I begin to write for just a while. My dreams are coming out in print, and when I read them I am content. My writing comes so many times from dreams I dream within my mind. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * How is everyone out there doing. It's been a pretty good day here.
