I’m At It Again! / myLot

As the clock clicks over to a new day I’m in my CURV (crossover utility recreational vehicle) in London, Kentucky. I’m just going where I feel like going, and in the morning that may be Stearns, Kentucky, the Smokies, Falls Creeks Falls in Tennessee, or back home. Life is good. I started going down I-65 and went to Mammoth Cave to see the sunset from Sunset Point. I was a little late, it the beauty was still great. Plus, I got to see at least a dozen deer! I’m ready for bed and whatever adventure the new day brings. Y’all sleep well!

@FourWalls I think that's what I loved most traipsing around France. We didn't really need to be anywhere at any time so we just tootled around as the mood took us.

Nature has so much beauty to share with us. This evening, I watched 2 sea birds flying Southwest as Hurricane Lane is near Hawaiian Islands...windy conditions feels like 25 mph blowing now as sunset over Oahu. Luckily, Lane is now finally weakening, but still too close for comfort, though all islands right now out of cone of uncertainty. But we still got the overflow of Lane. Officials say if Lane stays on it's current tract, only tropical storm force winds.

I’m so thankful that it appears the islands won’t take a direct hit from Lane. I lived on Oahu for 18 months and I worried about hurricanes while I was there.

@FourWalls And how!!! We have hurricane watch from June to November yearly. Warm ocean waters invite storms and sometimes turning into hurricanes. Right now good news, Lane now category 1 storm with winds of 85 MPH winds and ever so slowly turning west, at last. Lane should be renamed Turtle. Thank God!
