When married people look at somebody attractive besides their spouse, what does it mean ? This is "just a discussion", I am not starting an argument here or putting out any jealousy issue

It means that he's a healthy male with a normal appetite. If it bothers you, then it's almost certain that it's you that has the problem - with unfounded jealousy. Better deal with that first because it makes most men want to look elsewhere.

@proseprity68 I was speaking in general, of course, not in particular. As JJ said, many women do the same!

@proseprity68 they still look for other women or men because infidelity is in their blood. and i believe this is abnormal. and should not be tolerated. cheating is a sin in the eyes of man and God.

When people get married, they usually don't get blind. Who doesn't look at another person, when he or she is beautyfull? The important point is, that our attitud is limited to have a look, but don't become unfaithful.

I agree with what you are saying. Knowing one's limitation is really very important. Knowing the consequences of an action or decision should stop the person from giving into what he or she is thinking.

I think that men especially are designed to enjoy looking at an attractive woman. It doesn't mean he's going to be untrue to his mate.

There's nothing wrong with "looking" but what might make it wrong is if there is malice in the mind of the person looking. Let's take lust as an example, now that is when "looking" becomes bad. Generally, "looking is normal and is okay :-)

Lol, as long as people remain as matter(science) the eye will always see them. A spouse looking shouldn't be an issues but making a move more than looking should be the issue

I think it's okay to appreciate beauty but not to the extent that he'll flirt. I'm very much confident on how i look and how i am as a wife and mom to our kids. I'm not the jealous type.

Well there’s many reasons why I can’t spill them all out in here but I could mention a few. Most common is men’s appetite for more adventures in his married life. Infidelity starts when men give in to the call of their biological urges. I am not saying this as the truth but it is what is commonly happening in marriage that encounters problem in their marriage.

It's natural to look but if it goes beyond that then it means they are selfish, unkind and unloving!
