No chance of vampires for me.

I am watching a Dracula movie on TV. Not a classic film; it looks like a modern remake.
That made me hungry. Not for human blood, but for an artichoke with my delicious garlic mayonnaise. In none of those movies they thought of giving the heroine some garlic mayo. I bet she would not have needed the garlic garlands in her bedroom.
So, now, I´ll leave for a while Prince Vlad and Transilvania alone and will do and get my food.
See you soon.

I wonder if the ladies had rubbed garlic on their pulse points, would the vampires have bothered them?

There could be several ways. I ate the artichoke and now, in spite of my having watched my teeth very well, the garlic smell persists. What would a vampire say?

@ScribbledAdNauseum I know. And as I´m not religious, I would not have a giant cross nor a pistol with silver bullets (I don´t get along with weapons).

@marguicha I am sure they would not be coming anywhere close to you, so you'd be safe from them, for sure.
Though, of course, in vampire folklore, garlic isn't always a deterrent.

I would never eat raw garlic if I were to go out.

You made me think that if there were such vampires the best thing that could have been done for the poor victims would have been to rub their entire bodies with garlic mayo.

Nope. Garlic mayo is so delicious that the vampire would eat the heroine.

Vampires don't like garlic.
