Can you resist eating fast food? I am trying!

Hi mylotters. In India too, the trend of fast food eating has caught up. On weekends, in malls, it's seen many people enjoy eating fast food like pizza, french fries, burgers etc. I know in USA the fast food culture is very much there. Now it has happened in India as well. I personally am resisting myself from eating less fast food as possible because I am trying to reduce my weight. It has highest calorie count so often consumption isn't good for health. What about you guys? Do let me know.

I can't so I choose the lesser evil. That's why I prefer gong to Burger King. AT least the beef is grilled and I loved their onion rings.

Yes and no. I don't need it. I don't even eat it that often. But I do like it, and when I am out if I want it, I don't hesitate to get it.
