The fresh smell of . . . . . diapers! / myLot

One would not associate diapers with fresh smell, but I find that when you open a new bag of diapers they have this characteristic nice kind of smell. We opened a monthly pack yesterday and the bedroom had this weirdly nice smell. I wonder if it's just a bit of the plastic or stuff they use that causes this. Do you like the smell of . . ahem . . fresh baby diapers?

Yes i agree..i too noticed that new diapers and even newly opened sanitary napkins have good smell..lol

That's fantastic. It's more work but so much better for the environment. I wish I had the willpower to try that.

I used towelling diapers and had to wash them between uses. I liked the smell of them when I brought them in off the line but then washing coming in from the fresh air always smelt nice.
