I understand why some parents gives their children Unique names because common names can sometimes put you in trouble. There is a convicted rapist who shares name with me. There are some parents in the Philippines who decided to give their kids these names. The video is in Tagalog but they captioned the name of these people. I suddenly remember that fruits like Apple,Cherry,Strawberry and Peach are also names in the Philippines.
Philippines is not the only country with obsession with English words as names. In Thailand, Gift,Birthday and Porn are usual names.
The program features the stories of people with unique names. Litigation lawyer Cernick Abad talks about the process of legally changing a person's first nam...

@Mavic123456 There is nothing wrong with Ethnic names..... The using of English words as a name though is weird.

@Mavic123456 Tae is a very common name in Korea. Imagine if an American woman named Kiki visits the Philippines.

Though it has a cons, weird names do have its Pros, Like the Real estate agent Filet Mignon, She said that her name became a great ice breaker to clients.

I can understand Tagalog even though I am Hispanic, I do not want to add more details because the last time I did a sensitive nationalistic fanatic got offended.
