Well, while being in good health and spirits does makes us do creative things and be productive, bad health and pain can also bring out something. Since last few days, I have been having viral fever, cough and cold. Body ache has made my life miserable for me.
I have started taking medication as I cannot take too many leaves. But I had to drive and travel in Metro for certain reasons. During this time, I thought of a dark and a bit morbid poem(somewhat inspired by some James Bond themes like Thunderball, Golden Eye).
Disclaimer: Own thoughts and any resemblance to any work of fiction of past or present is purely coincidental.
"You thought that you had got away.
You had a big laugh.
The Toast of your life!
Yet so naive were you!
So innocent and so unaware of the dangers.
For your shadows give you away.
shadows - long and short
shadows- long and short
Your shadows we follow everywhere.
Your breath, your walk nothing escapes from our eyes.
Now you have nowehere to hide.
Here we come.
Here we come.
As your shadows give you away.
Give you away.. Give you away...
Give you awayyyyyyyy........."
Bouquets and Brickbats all are welcome!

Hmmm... well, I must say that was very interesting... It does give one a feeling of being stalked/chased by someone intent on catching them.
I do hope you will be feeling much better shortly!

frankly it was based partly on the feeling I had during my stay in England in Nov - Dec 2005.
I used to walk back from a bus stand to my place of stay in Aldershot, Hampshire.
The people there used to say that the area was safe. But often on those cold, dark and sometimes rainy winter evenings I still used to wonder if someone is following me.
James Bond Movies' too inspired me.

Well with money, one cannot be absolutely safe.
We have had cases where people were asked to withdraw and hand over money to armed robbers at gunpoint.
