Frugal shopping: Dollar Tree 9/4

Today after work I picked up a couple things. I wanted to get more. But I really didn't feel like doing much shopping, so instead I just picked up a few things. Here's what I got: - two 3 liters of Stars and stripes cola -two 2 packs of rib bones -one flashlight -one ten pack of triple a batteries - one 3 pack of socks -One bag of dehydrated apple slices. I ate the apple slices on my break. I spent just under $9 on this little "haul". I don't work till Saturday, so I won't be shopping before then. Any good deals anywhere else today?

Not bad, really. I bought about five things of candy. I got one pack of the maple peanut things from brach's. It's not bad but a bit tough. I have to just let the maple sugar melt in my mouth. I did get a hairbrush at the dollar tree as well, I've been needing a new one. I bought a Simone St. James book a few minutes ago via Ebay. It was about $4.50 on ebay and it would have been $5.31 on HPB.com

Did you check Book Depository? Not that familiar with that book, or how old it is. But usually things are cheaper on BD. I bought a hairbrush a week or two ago at DT. As well. I couldn't find my other one..

I did not shop today, I paid bills. I was in the DT a couple days ago, got plenty of mailing stuff.

I could of, but I don't even remember the last time I bought batteries somewhere other than DT
