What's happening to my brinjal plant?

I'm still getting a decent yield of brinjal from this one brinjal plant every week, but it looks unhealthy. The leaves are full of browning and holes. I also noticed small yellow insects. How do I make them healthy again? Here's a picture for you.

I'm not a gardener but it looks like you need to use some spray or powder on your plant to get rid of whatever is causing the problem.
