Seven hours

I slept seven hours straight, then I was AWAKE. I tried to go back to sleep. It did not work.
Four in the morning was too early, I know I will be tired by the end of the day.
I did get up at five. I still feel as if I got very little done.
My lunch is packed. My bag is loaded.
One of the nice things is that at work I can fill my cup with ice and water and drink all day. We even have water fountains set up to fill the water bottles and jugs.
I know I drink more water when I am at work, so it is a good thing.
Now I will head out for work, for just over seven hours. Recurring number here, I guess.

It is much more restful when it is straight through.

Four in the morning is normal for me as I go to sleep by 8.30-9.

I was awake for about half an hour in the night. Both my husband and I ended up sleeping until after 8AM. We are loving retirement. We rarely are in bed past 6:30-7:00 AM.

I didn't sleep well last night as well. I slept around 5 AM then woke up around 1 PM today. There are so many things running through my head, like how to overcome my fears in life, how to make more money online (because I need to sustain my medical needs), how to be more productive every day, where to go on my next vacation, how to stop my anxiety/panic attacks, etc. Hopefully, I would be able to sleep well tonight because I still have some things to do tomorrow morning.

That's a good thing that you can do that. We provide water for our people at work, including snacks too.

It is helpful to have good access to water. I bring my own snacks, though.
