Suffering from severe cold....

From last night, i am sneezing like anything and because of that my throat is also went bad. Now, my nose also swelled up also because of severe cold. Sneezing is not getting stop. Condition improved in afternoon then after bath it becomes worsen again.
Sneezing again started and throat becomes bad again.
Usually my cold will go in 3 days but this time 1st day condition is very bad.
I will wait for 2 more days for natual healing....
What you will do if you guys suffer from cold and throat problem

@saurabhrmp Lemons contain Vitamin C that fights the cold. I am sure it was the too hot subway train and the very cold corridors.

Water with lemon will help in cold? I am taking warm water only.
But i am not able to understand which infected me. But i think i doesnt matter now. Now, i need to look for remedy.

@LadyDuck, oh thats good info. Even i good warm water with lemon. My cold is better but still my throat is bad.

I don't want to take medicine specially antibiotics for cold and cough. I want to heel them naturally.

Thanks, i had similar type of tea 2 times today. Yeah now sneezing stops. Lets see what will be the condition of tomorrow

Yes, it availble here in india. But i am not sure it will help in cold or not. As that will definetely hurt throat
