I am tempted to even though the chances of hitting the jackpot is one in a million i think I would try my luck on it.. But unfortunately i wasn’t able to passby the outlet today. We’ll see if I can pass by tomorrow.

I do not live in the Philippines, so no. But the lottery in the U.S. is quite common and I always play just for the off chance.

Just give a try. The amount you pay getting the ticket would not hurt much. But if you feel that you're not gonna into it, it's just fine.
