Packing It In For The Night

I am going to call it a night.
I went over to my sister and brother-in-law's house for my two nephew's birthday party. One is 10 and the other is 8. Came home around 8:30 P.M. or so and decided to tool around on MyLot a bit going through some notifications and some older posts.
My wife is still out of town on a gambling trip in Wisconsin with her cousin.
I have some leftover brats and kraut and macaroni and cheese I made for dinner last night, and will probably have a quick snack.
Then I will turn on some Forensic Files and just drift off to sleep.
Sometimes when the wife is out of town I don't even bother going to bed...at least not to THE bed. I just get comfy in the recliner and let the cards fall where they may.
Seems like a good way to end the evening to me.

@toniganzon Well. I DID get SOME good news. I gave her $1200 and she says she is coming back with about $500. I call that a win. Back into the coiffures it goes.

Sounds pretty reasonable to me. I wouldn't want to live by myself all the time, but once in a while, a day or two is enjoyable.
