I got : The Weird Sisters By Eleanor Brown $1.50 The Gingerbread Woman by Jennifer Johnston $1.50 The Widow Of The South by Robert Hicks $1.00 Verdict On The Mountain By Paul Perello 0.25 I also went by walmart and picked up some things. A few things for supper tomorrow, a creamer for my coffee today, and some pumpkin spice cookies.

The Weird Sisters looks familiar. I went by Dollar Tree after my meeting this afternoon, and just wrote a post about it. I haven't had a good book haul in forever.

I will look for your post. The Dollar Tree that I don't often go to has a better selection of books. I would honestly love to save up some money for the sole purpose of a book haul and just have at it. I might do that, since I intend to fill up this one shelf with all books anyway.

@thislittlepennyearns I'd like to go across town as well, but it might be awhile. I am thinking perhaps I'll go when I want to go back to CiCi's since we pass CiCi's to get to that book store. I intend to eventually take a picture of the bookshelf that I am using but I can't really get a good picture of it, and it's not completely cleared off yet either. What's stopping me is the stuff that's in my closet. I'm not sure what to do with it, and not all of it is something that can be donated.

@ScribbledAdNauseum I rarely go through our books. I happened to grab one last week because I knew that the other half would read it. I just haven't gone to the trhift store yet, and that's where I go to do my book hauls.

how many books do you go through in a week?

Depends. Sometimes it takes me two days to read a book, other times it takes me two weeks. I just finished reading a book that I started at the beginning of the month.

@Plethos I've had people suggest to me that I might want to look at facebook local. I'm not so sure I'll go that route myself.

Good selection there..I almost bought some books last time I was in the thrift store..but I knew I would have to find a home for them.

I took a picture and forgot to upload it. Will have to do that now. I didn't spend any money since I used the voucher. I am running out of things to sell the place, and so I will have to be careful the next time I go just for a look-see. It's so easy to get carried away there. I've got a home for mine, but that home is quickly filling up.

I am not going to lie, I only read one or two sentences of the synopsis and decided to get it. I wanted to use the voucher I was given, but I didn't want to spend a lot of time in there. The title is what had me grabbing it though.
