The last time I had I guess was seven years ago.
Our destination was the Rizal Shrine in Dapitan City and its neighboring places. It’s the place where our national hero, Dr. Jose P. Rizal stayed during his exile from year 1892. He stayed there until 1896.
It’s an excellent day because we’re able to see and enter to the hut where he used to stay and roamed around the whole surrounding. When I entered at the house, I had this feeling of like having this spirit of living the era of Spanish occupation. We also had the chance to see some of his artwork and memorabilia in the gallery.
Photo above is historical landmark made based on his arrival to the place. It's the actual place where they docked according to the locals.
