Another Milestone

It's a great day in Northeast Wisconsin. The sun is shining, and there's a hint of frost in the air. When I walked outside, I almost turned around to get my winter jacket. It took a little longer to warm up the car before I left for the pool. When I looked at the weather this morning, I had to determine what I would wear today. I pulled a shirt out of my drawer in the window seat I haven't worn in many years, and looking at it, I knew I could wear it. Looking at the size, gave me hope. The shirt is size Medium. I haven't worn a medium since college. I graduated in 1996. So, I'm excited, and thinking about stepping on the scale again Friday to see what the results of all my hard work and diet are doing besides giving me smaller clothes. My swimsuit, which I think is sized small for a 12 is also fitting better. It doesn't feel like it might be just a bit small on me any longer. I need to do one thing today besides vacuuming and cleaning the kitchen, and that is message my son about doing laundry. I've been so busy getting the apartment clean, I haven't had a chance to find out when he has off. So, I might not be here all day. I'll find that out. I went to bed exhausted last night and didn't get up once until almost 3 this morning. I got a good six hours straight sleep and it felt good. What's going on with you? Thanks for reading.
