I am checking different ways of preparing coleslaw.

I want to have a coleslaw salad as a prima donna for the barbecue. I am checking on ingredients and I will see what to do with what I have. I have everything for a delicious potato salad. The one I like includes mayo, dill pickles finely diced, a mashed hard boiled egg and a bit of Dijon mustard. I will have to wash the greens and place them in plastics. I´ll do that tomorrow. I also bought some celery and lettuce will go with celery. Then there´s the beets with diced green onions and fresh cilantro leaves. It seems that Andrés will have to feel that his farewell party is awesome. What do you think?
