Cannot Stand Doing Chores

I have a serious problem. I cannot stand to do the household chores. I know I have to do them, but it's becoming harder for me to do them. I know it's more of an illness issue, though. I don't know what to do. I need help around the house, but can't afford to pay for it due to being on disability. I'm also a single parent with not alot of outlets for free help. I try to get help from my teenage daughter, but she doesn't like to help either. I can't push her to do much because I'm not a good example for her. It's creating stress in the house. I don't know what to do.

Just do the other chores whenever you can . One after the other - no multitaking, because you cannot stand.
I too, can't stand for long, because it is to be avoided because I am taking glucosamine sulfate for my osteoarthrits for my now a bit worn knees.

@SIMPLYD It's good to hear that you can relate. It is hard to stand for too long. I'm proud that I was able to do laundry yesterday. I have bad knees as well. Thank you for the encouragement.

@SIMPLYD Not that I know of. My injuries from my knees comes more from past sports injuries and the accident

@TishaMears I think if a place is presentable and the kitchen and bathroom clean, that's sufficient. I was trying to make enough from my writing to pay for someone to do the housework but that hasn't really worked either. I've decluttered as much as possible so at least cleaning is a bit easier - less things on the floor to move or clean around and not too much on surfaces to dust.

@JudyEv It's hard for me to do the floors and dusting is difficult due to allergies. So I need to do much better. Decluttering is definitely an issue too. I would love for my writing to pay for help too! Hopefully, we'll get there

@JudyEv For sure I know that my not being fully physically able to do housework is more because I hate it than not being able to do it. I know that I'm more of a clutter bug than anything. I do the very basics as much as I can. I feel that if my place is at least a little presentable it's ok. And that if the kitchen and bathroom is clean enough, then it's ok. But I know that I need to do more. I'm absolutely terrible. I really just want someone else to do it. lol
