Good morning everyone. It is good to eat healthy and consume junk less. I used to eat a lot of junk food and that has made me not just increase weight but also has made me more lethargic. So like from 8-9 days, I have reduced the consumption of junk to a huge extent and am on a healthy diet now. These days I'm consuming more of fruits and my mother is really happy due to this. I myself feel a change in my metabolism and that is really amazing. I'll be going to university in the second half today since I have to finish some work at home.

You are right, junk food also makes people more lethargic. I am glad you switched to a more healthy diet.

@LadyDuck That's really good. Fish gives us a lot of protein.

That’s great! I was heavy when I was in high school but when I started cutting down on coke, other soft drinks and junk I became more of the body weight I desired. I also felt healthier.

I tryed to cut junk food as well. If I dont eat it and buy it , its totally fine to eat from time to time when I go to someone and thy have it or someone of familly buys. Thats how I control it.

@shubhu3 Great, coz i get to eat it from time to time, but still I know I don't eat much at all. Also I notice how my face skin reacts to it, so one more reason to cut it :)

Good for you, Shubhu. Junk foods are high in fat, sodium, and sugar and can cause diabetes, high blood pressure, kidney problems, depression, and heart disease to name some. Take care!

I agree. They tend to cause more harm. Do you maintain a healthy diet as well?
