Firefighters in Prince Georges County were contacted by a concerned citizen on Thursday when two deer were stuck between the rails of a fence.
The Prince Georges County firefighters used a rope and a Halligan bar to loosen the bars on the fence so that the two deer would be able to break free from their trap.
It is not known how the deer managed to get stuck between the bars on the fence other than maybe trying to seek food.
After the deer were released from their trap, they ran back into the woods.

Hopefully the deer have learned their lesson concerning fences.

That's good that they were able to help free the deer.

We must all be kind to animals like those firefighters.Unfortunately, some nasty people would have harmed the deer.
