The sun is shinning although it is still chilly. But according to the weatherman the temperature will go up during the day.
I will get up in not so warm clothes, specially since there is still a lot of things to clean here.
Yesterday I did not help Leticia so much as the podiatrist came and I spent a good part of the morning having my feet being pampered. I also learned a lot about her job and the importance of having a podiatrist if you have diabetes.
Do you take special care of your feet? I am doing it now that I´m older.

I have always bought good shoes. But now I need someone to cut my toe-nails and see that my feet are under control.

I try to give massage to my feet before sleep because I feel I need it. I spent much of the time moving out of the house and besides I practice fitness, then I get foot pain in my arches. The pain was more intense when I started doing fitness; now, it´s lightly intense. I try to eat good food. The good thing is that I have more elasticity in the parts of the body that I had not exercised before

I should do that. But I´m too lazy. I have vascular problems since the chemotherapy. My feet hurt.

@marguicha Indeed, it is about all I wear. Even my slippers are Skechers.

.. Yes I exfoliate my feet once a week and use bio oil every morning and night.
By the way its night here and I'm going to sleep soon.

This is the third time I have one. The first time, with another podiatrist, it was a loss of money. But this lady is an angel.

I don´t have problems with them and never had. But lately either my arms are shorter or my legs have grown. I can´t reach my toes

It's very chilly here this morning but the sun is shining so it just looks warmer outside.
I would love to get my feet pampered. Sounds like heaven

I was like that when I was young. Now, at 73, I have to take care of my body.
