My mum's birthday today.

So today is my mum's birthday. As some of you are aware, she passed away in 2007. She was 46 when she died.
Don't really know what to say except this day sucks. I hate this day and I hate the month of April. ( month she died and for some reason most family members have passed or been born on this month ). I get really bad anxiety in April.
I can handle this day a bit better than the 7th of April. Every 7th of April I have flash backs of the phone call I received telling me she passed. But this day is still crappy because I can't physically share it with her.
I do know that if she were around I'd give her a hug and probably never let go.

You just keep in mind that you can always talk about it with me when you need. You don't like to talk about her often unless you yourself want to so I try not to bring her up. (especially when I am thinking lol When I am being impulsive then thinking goes out the window, door and planet.
