My stalker is off my back thanks to Mylot admin which is quite a relief. I spent most of the day pursuing the Council as they sent me a letter insisting that as my financial circumstances have changed I have to pay more housing tax. I have sent them letters and e-mails pointing out that the welfare people changing me from one sytem of payment to another but still paying me the same money isn't a change in my income at all, but the council ignored me. I went to their offices personally and met a stonewalling receptionist who talked of the council as if it was some completely seperate entity and nothing to do wth her but I eventually got to use their internal freephone service to talk to someone. This was after thirty minutes of listening to muzak and a voice telling me I was in a queue. The lady I finally got to talk to kept sighing and tutting at me as if exasperated about talking to an imbecile but finally assured me that the council now realizes my payments haven't changed and promies a new letter reinstating my councl tax in the next eight working days. I got some shopping done, including the purchase of my 2019 desktop diary and came home. Arthur Chappell
