Do you ever do something, and in the middle of doing it, you just want to give up and sit down? I have been doing that more and more. I'll run an errand, and in the middle of it I want to quit and just lie down. Not sleep, but you feel so exhausted you need to take a time out? In the midst of climbing the stairs to my apartment I think, "Okay, I'm done." Maybe it is fibromyalgia, or maybe it's something else. And you?

I have felt kind of like that in the past. I usually find it happens around the time change, and I wonder if you'll be back to yourself again next week. Let's hope so!

I had done it so many times. It happens with most of the people.

The one thing I give up doing is to put law and order on my dining table which is kind of a work table for me. It always has a cluttered look.

I feel like this in the evening when I climb the stairs to go to bed. I go up and down many times during the day, but that last time is so exhausting.

Sometimes yeah, sometimes you just get to the point where you have had enough. When I get to that point, I will just take a short break and go back to whatever I was doing.

I have no fibromyalgia but I experience this sometimes too. I think sometimes we overestimate what we can get done.

I can understand it possibly being Fibro, but maybe you should check with your doctor to be sure something else isn't going on.

Usually, no. I'm like the Energizer Bunny. It's best to stop when you feel that way, and I hope you feel better soon.

I sometimes experience this. Like I'm in the middle of something then suddenly thoughts came in and I cannot focus anymore. I end up closing my eyes and think complicated things instead of finishing what I'm doing.
