How To Gain Self Control? (Day of Eating - 10/30/18)

I started the day off eating low carb....but things went downhill from there. This is a hard time of year when a lot of those in my family have birthdays and the 2 big holidays are coming up too. For meal # 1 I had some of the crockpot chicken leftovers in a bowl. Very low carb (only carbs come from the ranch and cream cheese). Then I didn't eat anything else till a late lunch at my grandparents. My grandfather made his fried potatoes with ham, egg and cheese. I tried to have a small serving so I wouldn't have too many carbs. Well.....then I had a donut. I have learned something....I can't be around carbs. For the final meal of the day we ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut. Also a side of fries since they wouldn't deliver unless the order total was $10. So yes, way too many carbs today. I will try to eat less carbs tomorrow, but I don't know when I will be committing 100% to Keto. My birthday is next week....so we'll see. I will update when I have a new start day. I know a lot of you will say to just start now...but it's hard for someone addicted to carbs. Did you choose better foods today than I did? Or did you let yourself enjoy something that's not necessarily so healthy?

I had a Cupcake today so not really healthy but had a couple of protein packs, I'm not on low carb though!

Well a cupcake isn't too bad! It's nice to indulge occasionally My problem is I have one unhealthy thing and then I want them all! lol

Well I started today with oatmeal with banana, than I ate salade and at the end I literally ruined it with big cheese pizza. And this problem, I have really everyday

That is how I do it a lot....I am glad to know I am not alone....but it isn't fun to keep going through that cycle.

@MommyOfEli2013 my mom told me once that it worked by her, that I she stopped eating after six she lost some weight and also her stomach didn’t need more food after six so she got some self control about eating in the evening. I think it is worth trying :)

That's good to be active after feeling that way. That's something I should add
