A night of tricks or treats

I am glad I bought some candies for this night, so far I had already been visited by 6 groups of children and I only have sweets for maybe more two groups (depending on the number of children in each group). Besides It is a cold night, I had never had so many children visiting my house as this Halloween. My children did It with some friends too but they came back home before 9pm and were only allowed to go to some houses near us. Did you receive many visits this night? No, we live in a very rural area. We never get trick or treaters.

I did not know you celebrate Halloween in Portugal. We do not here in Switzerland. May be you have so many British tourists that they brought the tradition. Your kids are beautiful.

@LadyDuck here only children care about Halloween, personally I don't like It at all but as I have children I always have sweets at home to give.

I went out with my girlfriend for some adult trick-or-treating at our downtown bars and pubs, so I have no idea if any kids stopped by my house for candy.

Wow. Im a bit jealous. here in our country we dont really celebrate holloweens, the trick or treat. We are giving more attention for christmas. We started deeling it when the BER months started.

@nela13 Yes a few only about 7 groups of kids but the best costumes was some older kids about 15 yrs old..they were dressed as Italian doctors you know Doctores..with the long nose mask lol
