It's a rainy Monday...

Today is Monday yet in my head it's a Tuesday. Wonder why that is. 
My plan for today was to go see The Nutcracker and the Four Realms movie and afterwards go to Whole Foods Market for coffee and then to Eately for cheese.
It's raining all day today, so my original plan of going to the city is out.
I don't mind the rain and being outside in it but not up to it today...
Maybe I will go to the city tomorrow, though it's showing thunder on my weather app, which could mean rain as well.
I'm staying at home today. So far I have read a little, ate breakfast and washed the dirty dishes - lots of them. Now I am mylotting and then off to the shower.
After that I will have some lunch and maybe read and write a bit. Maybe I will work on my manuscript a bit as well.
And then it's prepping dinner... I decided to make kale salad with fried chicken breast.
What's the weather like today where you are? And what you planning to have for dinner?

@Moon24 The sun is very hot and when it's already hot out it becomes even worse. I can't stand the heat, so prefer the sun only when it's cold.
