It's time for a break, actually it's way past time for me to take a break. Every now and then I get so caught up in what I am doing that time just seems to fly by. I have been doing a bit of research and have been firmly stuck in the time .period of the Civil War. I was enjoying myself until the phone rang and brought me back to the present. I have places to go and people to see today. If I stay in that time period I will need to grab a horse and get galloping down the road to make my appointment on time. I just wanted to take a little time to connect with all of you here. I hope everyone out there has a wonderful day.

Just the thought of having to mount a horse and gallop to town is a funny visual. I'm certainly glad I can just hop in my car and drive wherever. Does being lost in another era like the Civil War make you wish you were living back in those times or are you happy to be in this era?

I sometimes wish I was living during the older time period but I sure would miss the modern conveniences of today.
